Co-Founder, Head-Business
A perfect balance of rationale and creative mind, Shruti is the mentor, with ever-expanding vision and interest in business planning and development. She has Masters in Applied Art and Painting, and keen interest in strategy & communication design.
Manosij Sarkar
Co-Founder, Head-Design
Post Graduated from London College of Communication, Manosij is the creative fountainhead, and the final destination in design decisions at Ampersand. A silent worker, he is a one-stop-solution for all visual designs. Prior to Co-founding Ampersand, he worked with Lemon Design Pvt Ltd as a Senior Designer and at Changing Sky. He likes to collaborate for various commissioned projects with other design firms across India and abroad.
Prabhash Nain
Co-Founder, Head-Production
The soft spoken, warm leader, Prabhash is a multidisciplinary designer with ‘Just Do It’ attitude. There is no barricade that can stop him, when it comes to finding the right solutions for ‘Out of the Box’ design executions. His interest are diverse and include production, management and coding. He enjoys experimenting with concrete, metal and wood, and exploring new materials.
Madhura
Senior Designer
Graduate from Pune, Madhura brings in focussed energy to ampersand. Her ‘research’ mantra, and constant pursuit for efficient designs always assures of reliable solutions. Interested in trying her hands to Strategy Design, basing her approaches on the WHY of each project.
Athul
Senior Designer
A true artist and doodler at heart, Athul’s interests and explorations in visual designs are diverse. He with his challenging attitude brings competitive edge within Ampersand, ensuring high quality and internal competition.
Sapana
Designer
The constant chatterbox, Sapna adds value to the self initiated projects at Ampersand. With her tangent thoughts, never satisfied’ attitude, and need to argue, she ensures that everything happens with due thought. Her interests in Typography and Handmade crafts dominates her design approach.
We collaborate with the clients to Identify the brand, using the right mix of qualitative & quantitative methods. We align the brand strategy with the business strategy. Build the brand story around the singular vision which would be communicated with the customers. Using a multidisciplinary approach, we translate the core brand message effectively in visual communications of the brand.
